PhD research project name: Enhancing services for culturally diverse women with endometriosis in Australia.
Sangita is a PhD candidate (starting in 2025) under the supervision of Professor Danielle Mazza and Dr. Sharinne Crawford. Her research focuses on improving healthcare services for culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) women with endometriosis in Australia, addressing gaps in care and support. With a Master’s in Public Health and experience in gender equality and social exclusion research, she is passionate about amplifying patient voices and driving meaningful change in women's health. Using a co-creation approach with patients, GPs, and stakeholders, she aims to create inclusive, accessible services, reflecting her ambition to shape a more equitable healthcare system.
