Talay Quinlan

Talay Quinlan is a Nurse Practitioner working in community-based primary healthcare in Brisbane, with a special interest in women’s health, sexual and reproductive health, homelessness, and domestic and family violence (DFV). She provides trauma-informed care to vulnerable and marginalised women, with expertise in contraception, IUD and Implanon procedures, medical termination of pregnancy care, STI management, menopause care, and perinatal health. Talay is the founder of the Clinical Nurse Partnerships Domestic Violence Project, a nurse-led model of care developed in partnership with Brisbane Domestic Violence Service. She is passionate about health equity, nurse-led models of care, and improving access to healthcare for disadvantaged communities.
