Dr Yi Ling Low is a Research Fellow for the ALLIANCE Trial within the SPHERE Centre of Research Excellence. Her main role is to ensure the successful implementation of the trial. Yi Ling is currently part of the ECR Sub-committee of the Australasian Association of Academic Primary Care Inc. (AAAPC). Yi Ling was awarded her PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, majoring in pharmacology, from the Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MIPS) in 2023, where she investigated the novel roles of microglial fatty acid-binding proteins in neuroinflammation. Apart from her interest in fundamental science, she is enthusiastic about women’s health. Yi Ling enjoys a good novel and going on long walks.
